Vista Launches New Company to Market Internet Related Software.

Vista intends to transition Internet Software Department into an independent company.
InternetSoft Corporation provides a new brand under which the company can establish greater distinction in the marketplace as a leading internet and e-business software provider. The name change coincides with the company's decision to extend its award-winning internet software solutions to the market and address the needs of corporations."We're re-branding a company that is already a leader in the industry, with thousands of customers who are looking to us for internet related software and e-business solutions," said Sergey Korchinsky, Chairman and CEO. The Board of Directors also believes that the name 'Vista' is primarily identified with our pension and investment software systems."
